All units come with maple cabinetry, full kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, ample closet space, and spacious bathrooms. The building offers a secure entrance with FOB access to all floors, basement bike storage, storage cages, a lobby with mailboxes, and an elevator. A $30 per month fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. No pets are allowed.
