I wouldn't even give this place one star!! My daughter moved out March of 2021 and they still owe her $873.36. They are ripping off students and it is amazing that they are getting away with it. After several attempts to get this money they "claim" the check is in the mail and it never comes. They should all be ashamed of themselves.

This place looks good on the outside but when you move in its bad. Front desk is pretty useless most of the time (that isnt their fault) Maintenance comes in when they feel like it without prior warning. They list off a bunch of amenities, that either broken or closed. Now it is know around town for cars being broken into. Lived there for 2 years and was the best thing out there at the time but overpriced and the customer service was pretty bad.
Noel Ortiz from the maintenance team provided fast, friendly and efficient service.
Interesting but most definitely a collage spot.
