We are renting the upper two floors at 129 S 42nd St which is roughly 1700sq ft square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, sitting area, deck, two car garage and front patio. There is also a mother-in-law basement that is not a part of this rental.
The house includes an open floor plan on the ground floor that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave and kitchen island with bar top seating. Off of the kitchen/living room is a sizable deck with a great view of Sehome Arboretum. Additionally, the ground floor also has a two car garage, washer & dryer and an additional half bath.
The upstairs bedrooms are generously sized, with the primary suite offering a private retreat complete with an en-suite bathroom and amazing view, especially evening sunsets. Two additional bedrooms upstairs can serve as guest rooms, home offices, or hobby spaces, accommodating various lifestyle needs.
