I moved here a few weeks ago and my experience here is based on two people Ive met. Leasing agent Bay and the maintenance man Cliff. These two people go above and beyond for their tenants and Ive never felt so taken care of. Im not one to leave reviews but I had to share how vital they are to Promenade. I hope they are here forever! Bay was so accommodating and she is excellent at her job. She made the entire process so easy and smooth, all with a sweet smile. Shes by far the best leasing person around in Beaumont. Trust me I looked at all the places. Needless to say, she was extremely professional and answered ALL my questions. She even took me pictures of the pond view from the apartment I was going to LIVE in while I was coordinating my move from Houston! Who does that! No one!! Shes just amazing. Then we have Cliff, the sweetest man Ive met here. My first interaction with Cliff was when I came in for leasing information, he asked my mom if she wanted water or something to drink. I was so impressed how caring and hospitable he was! He instantly made Promenade homely by treating my parents like family. Then after I moved in, he was a life saver in helping me get my Furniture while I was working. I wouldve been charged a lot if I couldnt get my furniture delivered that day and he made it happen. Like I said these two people make this place absolutely a great place to live. Cliff even told me Im part of their family now and thats really how I felt from day one and even more now. Thanks to both, you wont find valuable people like them anywhere.

Great place! The leasing consultant, Bay, is so kind and helpful. She gave an amazing tour and made it super easy to apply and get everything done. The other office lady, Chikita, and the maintenance supervisor Cliff have been very helpful as well when it comes to fixing the small things that are expected of a brand new apartment. Overall Im loving living here, very friendly staff and super friendly neighbors! All around a great environment to live in.
