These are great Apartments. I normally never leave reviews but after my experience with the leasing agent Angelle this was a must! She has great customer service and she actually cares about others and that is hard to find when looking for an apartment. Shes sincerely ready to help whenever we have an issue. When something is wrong in our unit, she makes sure its fixed promptly like literally the next day. Communication is amazing, living arrangements are great and I honestly couldnt complain or ask for a better place to live. Thank you Angelle for making this a home for me I really appreciate it. :)!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit at Ivy Park. Although our current lease does not end until mid-summer, we like to get a head start on things. Ivy Park is a beautiful community! The leasing agent Angelle was also very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the community as a whole. We look forward to becoming residents here!

It is very convenient for me after long hours at work. The neighbors are friendly. Most importantly the complex is very peaceful, and I would definitely recommend living here.

I loved my time at Ivy Park. I lived here for 4 years, and it is by far the best place I've lived at in Baton Rouge! The units are spacious. They have huge walk in closets, island style kitchens, and big bathrooms. I also loved all the amenities, and the convenience to the grocery store. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is quick.I would definitely recommend this place!
