All tenants above 18 years old must complete a background, credit, and criminal check that may include a fee.
Proof of income required (1.5 x rent). 700 minimum credit score. No prior evictions or resolved rental collections, chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy, or felonies on background.
Pets (dogs only) must be up to date on vaccinations and be on a consistent flea & tick preventative medication.
No storage of personal furniture available.
