Every adult that plans to occupy the property must fill out an application. Must have minimum 600 credit score, no evictions, no accounts in collections and no criminal history. Small pets are ok with additional pet deposit. Please return with your proof of income to our email (rentals@reliancepropertieshd.com) or in person at our office 328 S 2nd Ave Barstow. Once it is reviewed we will show you the property and if you are still interested, you can pay the $30.00 application fee and we will run your credit and background. If everything comes back good we will discuss final costs, move in date and schedule an appointment for you to come in and sign the lease. Lease is a 1 year contract.
