This APT sucks, the staffs do not Care about you or your family they are only interested in you paying your rent My door bell has been broken since I moved into my apartment i informed them several times to get it fix, but no body is there to address my complaint If I have package from fedex, ups or any other delivery company I cannot receive my package because they are unable to ring the door bell, they would take it to the leasing office, and they would hold all of my packages there without informing me that they received it, until weeks later and then you will see a notice posted saying if you don't come get you package by the end of the day it's going back to sender...I work 9-5:30 by the time I get off work they are closed, I cannot send someone else to pick up my package because "their name is not on the lease" (even if it's your kids,brother or sister) and this is after you give a consent for it to be picked up. The apartment is infested with mice, the exterminator would come and two weeks later you will see it popping out from a corner. You cannot park your car without it being vandalized, the security cameras are only there for show I always regret moving into this apartment can't wait for my lease to expire...please please and please do not move here

From the moment I moved into this apartment there have been nothing but problems. On move in day I was greeted by rodents and bugs, broken cabinets, a tub that would not drain, a broken dishwasher, and an abundance of other problems. The leasing office staff were rude and did not have a sense of urgency to assist once the lease was signed. When the exterminators came they recommended fixing the broken tile and drainage system in the bathroom to prevent further rodent/bug issues. When this was brought to the leasing offices attention they stated that the exterminator was only to give recommendations that they would consider not actually fix. This apartment is not one that I would recommend to anyone looking to rent for even a short period of time. The laundry facility is always broken. The laundry card the leasing office gave me was already damaged and I was told I would have to pay to replace it when I did nothing to damage the card. The demeanor of the staff changes as soon as the lease is signed.

She does not waste time addressing your issues or concerns The office and matience staff are very friendly and respectful. Just want to say I enjoy living here very nice quiet clean apartments, very friendly staff never had an issue always helped with a smile and respectful. My neighbors are great very humble and one if the best features for me is the park it's great for exercise dog walking and nice to sit an watch the night stars on a warm night.

I just got off phone with a complaint of infestation of MICE AND BROKEN WINDOWS (37) DEGREE WEATHER PLUS "UNLAWFUL" ENTRY IN MY HOME. i SPOKE WITH MANAGEMENT AND WAS TOLD THAT I MADE A CALL ON SUNDAY (COLD/WINDY) MY BATHROOM WINDOW WOULD NOT CLOSE, IT WAS NOT CONSIDER AN EMERGENCY...BUT MONDAY IT WAS EMERGENCY SO THEY DECIDED TO ENTER MY HOME WITHOUT PERMISSION. I WAS JUST INFORMED TODAY (FRIDAY) THAT THEY CAME IN MY HOME ON MONDAY! ON TUESDAY THEY CAME AND WOULD NOT ENTER BECAUSE OF MY DOG. THE SAME DOG WAS OUT ON MONDAY. THEY CAME ON WEDNESDAY MOVE STUFF AND WHAT EVER ELSE THEY DID. THEY LEFT NO PAPER WORK SAYING THEY ENTERED MY HOME. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME ON THURSDAY ? U GOT IT (DOG OUT AGAIN) I FOUND A NOTE THAT THEY ENTERED MY RESIDENT AGAIN WITHOUT CONSENT FROM PAYING TENANTS. MARYLAND STATE LAW SAYS "OTHER THEN EMERGENCY" MANAGEMENT/LANDLORD MUST USE DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENTERING PREMISES! YES THIS IS THE PERFECT HOME IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING OF THAT LIFE STYLE. I lived here for a year, since day 1, the leasing staff have been awful. They exhibit some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. However, the maintenance team is much more friendly. Besides the leasing staff, the apartments are small, and looks like they haven't been updated in years. Upon my move-in, the carpets were filthy, the cabinets stuck together, and the shower looked like it housed mold and it was wiped off prior to our tour. They don't care about your money, and "accidentally" apply charges to your account without your notice or consent. Rent is cheap, so you pay for what you get.

I lived here for a year and I knew it wasn't going to be a great year. From the beginning, we had problems with the rental office in Owings Mills. They are pretentious, unreliable staff that will take all your dollars without your consent. We had to pay extra bank fees because their systems were faulty. When we requested online rent payments, they charged is a hefty $35 per transaction. On the other hand, the on site rental office had friendly staff and reliable maintenance workers. We also found that a man was living in the storage area and many crimes happened in the area. However, I will NEVER recommend WPM Realty. Please take your dollars elsewhere.

From the very first day moving into this apartment I have been very diappointment with both management and the tenants. Management has been better but it has taken a toll on me with lots of following up. Moreover the greatest issue that I am now having is dealing with the ignorant and ghetto tenant whom I share the building with. The walls are very thin and I can almost here everything that goes on their apartment to the point I no when thet are using the bathroom and I am sure they are experiencing the same. I can't even vaccum my apartment and nail up decorations which isnt often without complains. One tenant came to my front door and have threatened me that I was making noise and I was only sitting having dinner. I am baffled by these people. I feel bullied and unsafe living in this hostile enviornment. I am bearly home and when I am I want to feel comforatable in my home. I am not use to these types of enviorment and I am not willing to adapt to this. Furthermore, there are always guys hanging around the parking lot, although they don't bother me, I am not a fan of it.

Then a rape happened in the neighborhood next door to my apartment and the leasing office never notified the neighborhood . Then a person in my apartment always has police banging on the door. Drug and gang activity is a serious problem . I saw someone walking with a AK the other day is broad daylight. this is not a SAFE AREA ESPECIALLY FOR COLLEGE KIDS
