* Applicant has the right to provide RD Realty Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides RD Realty Management with a PTSR, RD Realty Management is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for RD Realty Management to access or use the PTSR. And there must also not be a charge for RD Realty to access the PTSR. If there is any needed information not provided or missing in the PTSR, the application will be put on hold for 7 days or until the information is provided. If the information is still not provided after 7 days, the applicant will be canceled and a new application will be needed to proceed.
