Hayley Managment is awful, my sons lease has not even officially started and I can tell you I would NEVER recommend this company regardless if you are leasing or a property owner. My son signed a lease to move into an apartment where two other young men were renewing their lease for the upcoming year. Not a sub-lease a NEW LEASE. The guy that moved out left the bedroom and bathroom disgustingly dirty, blinds broken, holes in bathroom wall. Spoke with HM face to face with pictures in hand and they refused to do anything about it. Told me it was my problem and office manager said if I were you I would not have signed a lease for an apartment I did not view first . My son did view the apartment back in February when he signed it is now July. I am sure HM will keep this boys deposit but they are refusing to use any of those funds to fix the damage and mess he left behind.

I called and asked to see a property, they were very polite and very prompt in sending me the access code. However, I was very disappointed to have found out that the house in question Had another interested party. In fact, I didnt find out that somebody else put an application in on it until I called back about it, which wasnt even 24 hours later. I am slightly disappointed of course. It was beautiful home and would have been perfect for my husband and I. However, Im more frustrated that they wasted my time and as a former real estate professional I would have expected them to at least let me know that somebody else was interested in the home, had put an application in on the home, so that I would not have wasted my time. I think Ill look for a more customer focused office for my future needs.

We started using Hayley Management/plains properties starting in February 2018 planning on being here for 2 years. Their maintenance people are great! Super quick and very nice but all the other not so great. We took over a sublease and wanted to go ahead and sign a year lease but was not allowed to (We were told that we would be able to, also not sure what realty company in their right mind wouldnt want to have guarantee money for a longer period of time, showed they knew something about the property). At the time that was fine we would resign in May. A week after moving in they sold the unit. They told us they didnt know but I find it very hard to believe because my father reached out about another unit and we were sent a list of properties that werent on the market yet but would be in a couple of weeks. Which is a sign they knew. With the new owners we were told they wanted to occupy the unit. Meaning we had to move again in 3 months. Moving with a baby is hard enough but to have to do it twice is super difficult. Then came the noise from the tenant upstairs. We had been told it was an older couple and never made any noise. Was that a lie or what. She has a dog and is up ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT. I complained a couple of times and they said they would be a final notice on her door which they did the same day and if the noise continued they would take action. Well the noise continued with her dog barking at all times and for hours, loud noises loud enough to wake me and my sleeping child up (I might add we both have some type of noise in our rooms to try and drown her out) but NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AND STILL HASNT BEEN TAKEN! My husband has a position where he works shift work and needs sleep and they are aware of this and doesnt need to be worken up by her all the time! About 4 days ago we were also told that oh we could occupy the unit now but for $50 more a month. Well after months of stressing and trying to find somewhere to live we purchased a place. So no we would not be. So now they want to show the condo every day. Being a stay at home parent with a child under 1 there had to be times that were good for us. I had to call them 3 times about good times for my family because they kept scheduling times not good for us. Finally they got that idea. They have interrupted my family about 10-15 times in the 3-1/2 months weve been here and that hasnt been for repairs. Its been for showings, inspections, paint quotes, termite inspections, and appraisals. Anyone with a young child knows how hard it is to be getting a child out every day! They say you can be here but thats just weird. To sum it all up: the maintenance people GREAT! But all of the other out weighs the good. We arent students and dont like to be treated like ones that can be ran over!

I like the work of Hayley Management Company very much. They are very professional, responsive, efficient and considerate. They not only consider the demands of the property owners and handle management affairs efficiently and effectively, in the process of collecting lease and providing management service for the property, they are also very considerate for the tenants with the greatest goodwill. It is not easy to handle the balance of effectively solving problems and considering all relevant parties with a humanitarian spirit, but they can do it very well and balance them very well. All the staff working there I have contacted, no matter over the phone or actually going to the office, are very polite, professional and responsive to your inquiries and requests. So far, this is the best management agency I have seen. I definitely highly recommend this property management company to my friends.
