I'm leaving a detailed review because they helped me when I was apartment hunting! Anyways... (First posted August 2017 / Edited June 2018) PROS: - Parking - I always feel safe in the parking garage and never have trouble finding a spot. If you park in the residential area you will never be booted. If you live on B, 1 or 2 you will need to park on level 3 or above and take the elevator down. Honestly, it's a non-issue and you get used to it pretty quick. - Rooftop - We've utilized it maybe twice but honestly just knowing I can go up there and look at the beautiful view is good enough for me. The pool is big and the hang out club thing is also awesome for entertaining. -Apartment - The apartment is stunning and has a wow-factor upon entering. The finishes are well thought out. Garbage disposal AND dishwasher AND balcony AND washer/dryer in walk-in closet (may vary by apartment). Also, the water pressure is amazing. The only negative is the lights above my kitchen island are misaligned. This place was built by people who needed to get the job done and cared less about the quality in which it was completed. - Trash Valet - This gets it own section that's how much I love it. Put your trash outside your door at night and it's gone in the morning! - Location - Driving wise and walking you are five minutes to any and everything! Including the highway, stores, restaurants and downtown. CONS: - Heat / Hallways By this I mean in the month I've been here (August) it's been hot outside. The AC works great all day then when you wake up, the bedroom is almost 10 degrees warmer than it's set to. The ceiling fan helps but does not fix the issue. Also, the hallways are not air conditioned. I found that bizarre but maybe it's an Atlanta thing? I'm not sure? - Noise - My biggest issue is the noise from outside. Granted I am on the first floor and this may be less an issue the higher the apartment (or you have an inward facing apartment) but honestly sounds like I am outside. The windows are so thin. Luckily the walls are not as thin. I've never heard my side neighbors and I'll only hear the occasional foot shuffle upstairs. - Safety - I never go outside past 11pm alone and that's only if I REALLY have to go out. It's definitely scary at night. The weekend feels more safe because the increase of foot traffic in the area. I've recieved multiple emails about robberies of people and apartments in the area straight from the leasing office. I overall feel 7/10 safe in the neighborhood as a young woman. Just recently they have installed security cameras at the entrances to the building so I'm thankful steps are being made to address the issue. - Fire Alarm - The blaring building alarm has gone off too many times since I've been here. It can go off at 3am or 3pm and it ranges from 30 seconds up to 15 minutes. Not once has it even been for a real fire or threat. It's truly aggravating and I wish they would figure out why it does this because at this point I don't leave when it goes off and it's a safety hazard. Overall, would I recommend it to a friend? As of right now I would if they could look past the idiosyncrasies of the place! A solid 3/5. *will update the longer I've lived here if need to*

This is easily the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living in, and the margin by which is vast! The Brady was the first complex I lived in when I moved to Atlanta, from Day 1 the leasing and management team has by far been the best group of people I ever have worked with, and have had work with me. The team and leadership go above and beyond all expectation to deliver customer service that I seldom experience in any avenue. Any complaints I've had in the past (and they don't happen often) were always addressed within the day. The team has even gone so far as to work with outside vendors to ensure problems are resolved promptly. Apart from the team, the facility is impeccable. The architect/builders of this complex were SMART! Space is utilized in the best of ways, you almost never hear your neighbors (above and side to side), and the rooftop views are breathtaking. I can guarantee you the rooftop pool is incomparable to anything in all of Atlanta! With the Westside of Midtown further growing, this is at the heart of what will probably become "Millennial Central". You have culture, GREAT food, the best in shopping (both down the street at 14th & Howell Mill, as well as

I don't fear them stealing, I just truly dislike being woken up from nap by a strange man in my apartment because I couldn't answer the door fast enough. There are too many times, in my opinion, they have to come do something in the apartment. My suggestion to the leasing office would be to give people a general time frame in which to expect them. When moving to Atlanta I relied very heavily on the reviews of others so I wanted to share my feedback for potential future tenants....

When moving to Atlanta I relied very heavily on the reviews of others so I wanted to share my feedback for potential future tenants. I have been living at the Brady for 4 months now and I literally don't have one complaint. The front office is kind, helpful, and always easily reachable. They seem to truly care about their tenants and communicate with you very well. (Trent specifically, he has been amazing from day 1) They made the move in process SO easy and convenient. The pool is outstanding. Parking is secure and reliable. Have never had issues with not having a spot. Everything in the unit works properly - I had one small issue with my washer but they came and looked at it within 2 hours of me submitting the work order and have touched base with me twice since then. I don't seem to hear my neighbors on either side of me. From now and then hear noise from upstairs but comparatively it isn't nearly as bad as other experiences I have had. The dry cleaning is so convenient. The gym is great, all if not more than I need. As I have not made it to any of the social events, they at least consistently put things together to give the tenants a chance to meet one another which I think is amazing. They host workout classes during the week and yoga on the weekends. The restaurants downstairs are great. Overall as a woman living alone I feel safe and I think that speaks volume to the staff and their level of consistent communication and care. Thank you to The Brady!

Apartment--- The only issue that we can see being a slight concern is the layout of the bedroom. Kinda small and awkward but, we chose it anyway due to how close it was to the dog area. Being on ground level looking at the dog play area, you would think the patios would have Gates on them so you wouldn't have to walk all the way around to let them go play. Overall, the apartment itself is nice and the closests are huge!!! We are moving in today so, will update this in a couple of weeks.

I've had letters AND packages that I was expecting just never show up. Ive broken down my review so you can go and read about the area youre the most interested in. Interior: Its pretty comparable to most other apartment layouts in the city; nothing about it is really unique. The light fixtures in the apartment werent thought out though: no light in the laundry area so you have to turn on all of the kitchen lights to see what youre doing in the dark closet; the small dome light in the bedroom is so faint, you have to buy an extra light just to see in the bedroom. There is a light outside of your utility closet that helps no one but maintenance. The fridge is so close to the wall, you bang the handle on the wall whenever you open it. Im waiting for the day my husband puts a dent in the wall just by opening the fridge. Safety: I feel safe in my apartment. You have to sorta jump through hoops to get to my door which is annoying for visitors, but idc because it makes it hard for those who shouldnt be in the building. The area is... well, during the day I feel ok walking around the neighborhood, at night, Im not feeling it. Armed robberies and shootings have happened over here, but thats just Atlanta living right? (Though its sad to say, thats just living period /: ) I felt a little safer living in O4W though. We have a security guard on the property who makes his presence known which I very much do appreciate. Ive heard him in the garage telling people they needed to leave the property so he takes his job seriously Noise: The apartment itself is noisy: you share the garage with businesses and restaurants so you hear all of the 1-2am bar goers as they slam their car doors, yell at each other and laugh and scream because their cars were booted. All the car alarms that go off randomly are annoying as well. The apartment is noisy inside as well, my apartment pops and creaks all day and night. I had a friend from out of town sleep on my air mattress and she said your apartment is so loud. Random noises kept waking me up. Yeah, welcome to my every day life lol. Ive complained to the office about the random knocking and popping and they dont know what it is. Also, because everyone has hardwood floors, you hear every step of your neighbors. Our upstairs neighbor wakes up at 6 am, she wakes us up as well as she walks around in her heels. We used to hear her banging on her roommates door to wake them up before she left. (She would abruptly wake me up as well with the knocking) We had to complain to get that stopped. We have only lived here for 8 months and the apartment smoke alarms in the whole building have gone off at least a half dozen times. And they BLARE!!!!!! They are always so apologetic but its annoying that it keeps happening. Not to mention, my smoke alarm in my apartment goes off dang near every time I open the oven. Its like they fire alarms in the apartment are super faulty. Amenities: The gym is ok. Its missing some basic equipment that weve emailed to suggest and have been ignored. (No email back) The cleaning lady does a very poor job of cleaning the room so make sure you clean the equipment yourself before you use the amenities. Shes mopped the treadmills with a soaking wet MOP; it was so wet, the manager looked at them and deemed them too wet to safely run on. The pool is cool. It cant be used all year round because its not heated, but there is an amazing city view from the roof. Location: Its a decent location. Its not close to like your basic grocery stores unless you want to go to the Atlantic station Publix or the old Kroger down the street. The nicer groceries are about a 15-20 min drive. Its not super close to basic needs, just experiences like high end restaurants and bars. Its nice that its close to the highway though. Staff: Overall, we probably wont renew our lease, but Im not shocked there have been ppl whove lived here since they first opened. Its somewhat convenient and the staff is pretty nice for the most part. They usually, not always, do what they can when it comes to the things that they can control.

After doing a search of apartments in West Midtown, Midtown and Cumberland area I decided on The Brady and moved in approx 5 months ago. Overall I have enjoyed my time here and would do it all over again. Seth (no longer there) helped me out and did a great job. The others in the office have always been friendly. Below are the highlights and room for improvements: PRO: Apartment - My actual living space is pretty neat. I like the counter tops, light fixtures, floors and the light entering through my southside facing balcony. Maintenance - In my time here I've put in 2 requests. 1 for an air filter and the second for drainage and a filter. In my most recent request it was handled the SAME day. Impressive. Pool - This speaks for itself. Look at the pictures. The pool can be over policed at times when it's not busy but I understand the "rules". Management will even leave a case or two of brews in the club house for the adult residents to enjoy from time to time. Neighborhood- As an area it's developing to one of the best parts of the city. The Brady sits on one of the best intersections with access to the best restaurants and shops around. Needs Improvement: Parking - As a resident parking is pretty good. 75% of the time I park on my floor level and have easy access. I have ALWAYS been able to park behind the gate. The frustrating part is having guest. Street parking is not always safely available. Management should consider a way to let guests park safely in our garage. Many of the buildings in Midtown do. Price - Interested to see where it goes with the completion of several other buildings close by in midtown and west side provisions.

Brady Apartments is in some agreement with sunshine parking and advance booting services. They boot your car even if you're a resident sometimes parked past the residential gate. They boot your car when it's Saturday morning and you run inside for 5 minutes to grab something. They boot your car if there is a parking lot of 1000 empty spaces. If you like your car booted then move here. Because Brady stands by idle while their residents get taken advantage of by sunshine parking. Only reason I didn't give this 1 star was because of how helpful the Leasing / Marketing Specialist Agent Seth Furman was to me as a resident. Thank You Seth!

The place is amazing, the studio is more than enough for two people, everything looks like brand new and there is even free coffee at the front desk and at the club on top of the building (with a pool table, free AC and free WiFi). You must see it, the pool, the landscape of the city, the landscape of the city (I must say it twice) and everything! The gym is nice, although quite small and there are too few big machines. May 2017. There is no coffee anymore at the club on the rooftop. The administration changed and so far it seems that they are not as willing to help as you would want them to be.

Amenities are also slightly on the lesser side (No printer, Coffee, few apartment events or shuttle facilities). Rooftop pool is amazing and worth the extra $$ if you have time to spend there.
