These apartments has to be the most horrible experience. Infested with roaches, doors to the building always broken, never can find parking, takes weeks to get things repaired inside the apartment, the management is terrible and on top of that they want to charge you or I would say make up new charges on things. I would not recommend or suggest these apartments. Price is the only thing they have going for them. But like they say you get what you pay for so you pay cheap you get cheap service.

This is not rocket science people! Please heed the warnings from majority of the reviews posted. Infinity is highly unfavorable to live in as a community. Every review is accurate about the mice, but infinity also has rodents living inside the walls. I fear they are rats inside the wall. Can you imagine hearing scurrying over your head and nails digging in the walls? I felt like this thing is trying to get into my unit. Infinity also enters your apartments without your knowledge and you would never know unless you happened to be home. I have trust issues with the fact they do not notify tenants about when they enter. The building overall is not worth the hassles. I know the DMV is expensive and the price point would be tempting, but I beg you to reconsider and please look elsewhere!!!!!

You might as well live in a shelter. The infinity apartments is invested with mice. If anything goes wrong with you apartment they will not leave a note stating that they came into your apartment to complete there job. Sometimes they would not come at all. They would have inspections and not solve there problem. Mice still be in the apartments and on the tables and stoves. I advise You not to live here. You have been Worn. Good luck and this is not the place to live. It feels like jail. The apartment are Filthy with mice .

5-Apr-18. I have got two mice in a row. The management is not serious at all about the mice in the apartments. If you have young kids i would suggest not to even think of this apartments.

Next day had a 30days notice over a smell... they're rascist and they don't do anything nice for their tenants

The front door controlled access panel does not work and according to other tenants, it has never worked. The elevators break down often. One of the elevators is broken as I type this. They have stopped giving out guest parking passes so good luck to your visitors when they come to visit you. The building I live in isn't staged with furniture or benches like the main building and it smells like bug spray. The gym is a joke. If I could get out of my lease I would move in a heart beat.

They are attentive and go above and beyond to accommodate tenants. Any time I have an issue, it has been resolved immediately. I am so grateful that I was able to move into this type of community.

I would really like to single out Erick in the front office, he is the best, He is so helpful and is easy to talk to about anything. I have had a couple thing break in my apartment but the maintenance fix it fast and they are really nice. Everyone here works really hard and it shows. All together Infinity is a very good place to live.
