They loot the deposit in the name of so many charges.If you want to save your money and have better services then i wouldn't suggest this apartments. I have lost around 1000 bucks in the name of bug cleaning and 800 more in the name of security deposit. The management is not so responsive you have to call them twice . The cash you got back is sent to your same address where you don't stay anymore. Management should understand how the tenant can access vacated apartment. Worst service ever.

This building is the absolute worst. They are extremely slow on maintenance requests and do not even care to help. I am currently locked out of my apartment with the stove on. I called the emergency service and it's been almost an hour. For fear of causing a fire, I was forced to call a local locksmith on my own. I called maintenance and they had not even reached out to a technician. Clearly this building does not care about the safety of its residents. To add to this. It is almost 100 degrees in my apartment and the ac is off with no expected date as to when t will be finished. I can't wait for my year lease to be up so I can move out Of this hellhole. Beware. That's all I can say. Run. Anywhere but here

DONT EVER MOVE HERE! I have lived here almost 3 years. It was better before current management took place. The current management is awful! Never follow up on the situation reported earlier. The manager of the leasing office is super RUDE! I dont hope she is the right person on managers position. She disrespects and treats people differently, depending on their race. Also the price is getting upper every year, which is not pair with the service they provide for residences. The neighborhood apartments are about the same price but they perform better service (I suggest you go there! Not here!). Our current situation is outside temperature 95f and here NO AC(been 2 days). Worst place to live in!

May 3, 2018 10:30am Office verbally claims they are working with the county to get giant pothole fixed. May 3, 2018 10:30am Office claims A/C will be turned on today. No email sent to residents. May 2, 2018 As temperatures soar to a sunny 90 degrees, no A/C. May 2, 2018 GIGANTIC pothole at entrance to rear parking lot. Been there for months. New management was not able to keep hot water functional at first. Six outage days in Nov/Dec 2016. Fruitless attempts throughout management to get them to address this in writing. Old management was able to keep the hot water working. July 14, 2017 lights flickered, knocking out the A/C. It took them four hours to flip the switch back on. No notification from management, so it appears that thunderstorms will be a severe challenge. Lack of communication is a serious weakness here. One example of many: The gym was shut down for at least two days for painting. No notification whatsoever. No notification when cars were broken into in the back parking lot. Apparently no groundskeeping either, since the broken glass was there for four months. And no notification when my apartment was entered (a general complaint is not a service request). In 2017, they told us A/C was against the law until May 2, before relenting and turning it on Apr 28. Basically, there are an unusual number of problems here. When you ask management about them, you are often confronted with stony silence. Absolutely infuriating. Even the most basic things can be a fight here. More than a year after new management, you can't autopay rent and utilities at the same time. The seventh floor has a dryer that didn't work for months and months and months (I don't know about now). And if you don't like car horns, think twice before getting a unit facing the front of the building (I don't know about the back). People are not able to come and go without using their horns, including setting their own alarm off in the middle of the night.

Have lived here 2.5 years. New management is awful - no communication from them whatsoever when there are building-wide issues (no heat in the middle of winter, no hot water in the middle of winter, water has been turned off completely, the list goes on) but you had better bet they don't hesitate to contact all residents about charging us a new fee for packages. Didn't think it could get much worse than the old company, but it clearly has. It's in the details too - there's dog poop EVERYWHERE all over the giant property (this was a problem previously, but the old company seemed to address it since I stopped seeing it as much); the flower beds were always really nicely kept and now they're just overgrown weeds; shorter office hours, etc. Someone tried to break into my apt over a month ago and I went to report it to the office and they were basically like, "okay, sorry, cool story". Did absolutely nothing to investigate, never followed up...We were planning on being here another 2.5 years, but now we are not so sure we can stand it. Update: Not sure why they thought it was okay to turn off the water today. They did tell us two days ago, but they did not explain that this would ALSO turn off all the heat, causing the units to blast cold air. It's 19 DEGREES out today!!! There are many people with babies and children (Including me). This is not ok.

Do not move here. We have been here for about 6 months and it has been nothing but trouble. We were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, there is trash in the halls. The lights in the hallway have been out for WEEKS and when we tell the office they say it is not important and there is enough light. Lastly, the roaches. OMG, the roaches. No matter how many times the exterminator comes to spray, it doesn't work. This apartment building is disgusting. Biggest regret of my life.

They said someone would come once a week not only did that not happen, the roaches continued to be an issue, couldn't use my kitchen or store food. Along with this, the office "lost" my security deposit and rather then being helpful they have been beyond rude when they are the ones who lost it. Do not move here!!!!!! It is not worth the stress and you will end up paying more then you ever signed up for.

I moved in to this apartment complex about a year and a half ago. It was great at first, newly renovated, great staff, and pretty good deal on rent for the area. But in the past few months with new management it has gone down hill very quickly. In the beginning of Nov I found mold in my apt from a leaking radiator, it took them over three days to come and clean the carpet and paint over the mold. A week later I had no shower pressure. It took them two weeks to fix it. Even after constantly reminding them hey we have no shower pressure. And now this morning I wake up with no heat and no hot water, after a horrible weekend of no power and no heat and I cannot get on the residents portal to inform them of this. DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will be very disappointed. Like some of the other reviews say they only care about your money and not how happy you are.

They are foolish to let that evil woman Zana work there. I can't count how many times people have told me she's pure "evil". This is from other people. Tony is a liar. Carlos is kind. I wish the old property manager name Carlos was still there. I recommend that no one ever sign a lease with them. I tell friends looking for a place in Arlington to NEVER move into Dominion Towers. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO EVER, I MEAN EVER, LIVE THERE!!! I'm gong to speak with legal aid about this place. Best bang for your buck in Arlington, Va!! I love my apartment and management is very responsive. Prices are fair and I truly feel like the services, features, and amenities available to me are well worth it. Only drawbacks to this community are various factors that management simply cannot control: 1. Residents cannot park for a damn! The paint job on my truck was nearly pristine when I first moved here but over my 4 years of residency it has picked up many dings and scratches from terrible parking jobs by my neighbors. Many times I have come home to see that residents and/or guests have doubled parked or are over the line. The tow truck company that manages our lot did not tow them...even after I called to have the vehicles removed. Remedy for these issues: Management offers reserved parking spaces, for a monthly fee. 2. Residents that do not take pride in the appeal of their home. What I mean by that is trash and spit (yes I said spit) on the walls of the elevators, garbage thrown in the trash rooms instead of being properly dropped down the chute a few inches away, and several other minor issues that stem from bad residents/neighbors. Remedy for these issues: Fines are imposed on those residents that do not comply with the rules (READ YOUR LEASE PEOPLE!). A fantastic cleaning crew! I feel bad for them because they have to play mommy and clean up after these fools; they do a great job none-the-less. All in all I gave Dominion Towers 5 stars because it is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and the large windows offer a lot of natural light. Recently renovated apartments and common areas add a nice modern touch.

First, the location is nice. It is near D.C. and only takes 10 minutes. However, the staff are not very kind. Sometimes they are even rude. They charged me over $300 because I didn't notify 2 months before leaving. I had to move back to my country but I was stuck in that area for a month b/c they didn't let me go. They close too early around 5-6 and they couldn't help me when left my keys behind. Second, the dominion market is convenient. I think I paid too much for studio apartment (1350) because it is not worth that much. I saw Roaches twice but after that i moved out. There are much better apartments around these area. Recommend other ones
