- Porches/patios/outdoor areas are not storage areas and may be used only for patio furniture, tasteful decor, plants, grills, and golf carts; residents are not permitted to store anything, including toys/bicycles, outside of Unit. Barbeque grills in good condition may be stored on porch/patio but may not be used on enclosed patios.
- There are no play areas on Villa property. Due to liability issues and lack of space, toys, scooters, rollerblades, and/or skateboards are not permitted; bicycle riding is restricted to roadways during daylight hours. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors. Children may not play outdoors after dark.
