We started this furnished mid/long term rental when we realized there was a need for one in the area: In the middle of a renovation project? Here for medical treatment at UofM? Visiting family? Visiting scholar or exchange student? Relocating a need somewhere while you look to buy? International and having a hard time navigating rental requirements?
Most Airbnbs are booked up with only sporadic openings not long chunks of time. Longer rentals aren't furnished. We wanted to offer a pet and friendly home option.
