Tenants are responsible for their electricity which is through the City of Ames. We include 4 parking spots with rent.
When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease is signed.
Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a deposit of $350 ($250 is refundable, minus any damages or cleaning fees) and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
