Yes, we are pet-friendly! We do not have size or weight restrictions. However, there are certain breed restrictions for dogs (no barkers & no biters). We do not accept Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Wolf Hybrids, Mastiffs, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Siberian Huskies or any variation or mixes of these breeds. All dogs are subject to management approval. We will only accept 2 pets per apartment. There is a non-refundable $300 fee per dog & $150 fee per cat. The pet rent is $60/month per dog & $30/month per cat.
