Stayed at apt 45 and had zero incident here. Neighbors are friendly and the Park is convenient and under utilized for being as well maintained as it is. This location is special as it has a easy walking access to the Veterans Memorial which is practically on site. Laundry facilities are well kept as well and units are spacious for the cost, which is very affordable making this one of Albuquerque's few Diamond-in-the-Rough properties.

Everything was fine when we first moved in. Then the patrol started towing our car for parking in the ONLY spaces available anywhere NEAR our apt, even though NO ONE parked there ever! Just because some disabled douche bag was being a complete control freak! I'm freaking disabled too, and live in an upstairs apt, I NEEDED that spot, but they didn't mess with any of the neighbors buddies for taking up ALL the resident's parking spaces for the parties they had all too often. THEN my kids were not only getting bullied, but GANGED UP ON, by a group of girls lead by this 13 yr thug named Betsy. That girl is the MOST EVIL child I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She broke my daughter's friend's arm, and tried to do the same to my daughter had I not caught her myself! I tried complaining about this little girl because I had to call the police on her several times for assault on both my daughters. I just got sick of it because tehy NEVER listened to me and let it happen for yrs to, not only my kids, but EVERY KIDS, no matter what age, and the parents didn't do sh** either, she's lived there for yrs, so if you have children STAY FAR AWAY! Also I got my car stolen right before xmas 3 yrs in a row, and the last yr it got stolen there was no salvaging it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
