Ranchitos Village

Ranchitos Village is a Section 202/8 program designed for individuals with physical disabilities. We are a 40 unit apartment community in beautiful Albuquerque and all apartments are garden level. Residents living in this community enjoy a smoke-free environment.
While we currently do not have immediate move-in availability, we are actively accepting applications.
To be eligible for occupancy and housing assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Have a disability that impairs mobility
Successfully pass background checks
Meet income criteria
