I moved here a few years ago because I was in a situation where I needed a place in a pinch. I have been very presently surprised with this place ever since. The management is very quick to reply to any needs, they even did my swamp cooler before they did the rest because I run hot. They seem to genuinely care about their residents and try to make them happy. They even let me know of a unit that opened up they new I'd enjoy more and worked with me on a seamless apartment switch. Only apartment I've ever lived in where I haven't been woken up by noisy neighbors. My only reason for moving is Im buying a home. Zero complaints about the Morris Apartments (except maybe the neighbourhood, but that's Albuquerque for you).

My daughter moved into these apartments about two years ago. She left in October of last year (2016)and did not break her lease. Her dad moved into the apartment while she was still living there. Instead of being helpful, they refuse to give her deposit back (since someone moved into the apartment right a away) and refuse to take her off the lease, even after her lease was up. We are now doing the legal route! Hopefully the apartments get better management!
