-$50 Application Fee (Paid with Application)
-$1600.00 Security Deposit (Due with Application Fee)
-$1600.00 Rent (Due the 1st of each month, pro-rated 1st months rent based on move in date)
-$30 Pet Application fee per pet. Pet rent will be anywhere from $40 per month to $100 per month.
-5% of the monthly rent Late Fee. (Charged for any rent amount unpaid by the 5th day of the month.
-$75 NSF Fee (non sufficient funds charged for any returned payment)
-If the Resident gives Written notice to vacate before the termination date, he/she will be responsible for the rent payments until the property is rented or the lease expires whichever occurs first. In addition, the Resident will be responsible for the subsequent leasing fee as determined by the current rate charged by Bruni Karr plus tax and
other customary expenses such as utilities & rekeying.
-All applicants must go through petscreening. If you have no pets the process is free. Otherwise the pet application fee is $35.00 per pet & the monthly pet rent will run anywhere from $40.00 - $100.00 per month.
