It only takes 7 minutes to UCHealth hospital. Nearby the house is the Centennial Trail. Using this trail, you can have fun biking to Manitou Lake Recreation Area or the downtown business area of Woodland Park. It is a nice path for walking and jogging for exercise along side the highway with many trees around. It is 3,5 miles to Charis, takes about 4 minutes by car to a beautiful place, Memorial Park and takes about 2 minutes to Columbine Elementary School. Woodland Aquatic center is 6 minutes away. The police station and the post office are both 2 minutes away!
