Wall units used for heat and air conditioning will remain off when the tenant leaves the unit.
The owner has permission to use the outdoor space that includes the pool area, outdoor furniture and walkway so long as the owner notifies the tenant in advance.
The tenants has access to the walkway from the street (Campo Road) down to the bottom level, the backyard (including the pool) and 2 bedroom unit. The tenant does not have access to the main house that includes the ground level, and level just below ground level levels that includes the garage and driveway (Street parking only).
Tenant mail will be delivered to the main mailbox and distributed to the tenant by the owner.
Tenants are to respect the hours of pool usage and noise to occur between 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Both tenants and owner have access to the pool. Owner will notify tenant ahead of time about usage.
