I recently just completed 1 year at Morrison Gardens. First, the building is a small and safe building, and residents are all very friendly. Mickey, the property manager, really made my experience noteworthy. He was very helpful with moving from the east coast to the west during the pandemic and even made sure to give FT video tours to an out of state potential resident (very unlikely in competitive SoCal apartment market.) no complaints on living here. I would still be a resident if my job wasnt a distance. Units are also spacious and very quiet.

I have lived at Morrison Gardens for a little over 1.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Mickey, the building manager is amazing, very approachable, kind, helpful and he makes sure things are fixed quickly. I moved across the country from NYC and Mickey was able to give me a video tour and even hold the apartment for me (though Im sure it being the middle of the pandemic this was much easier then). The neighbors are all awesome and I can truly say a lot of us are friends with each other and help each other out. I dont plan on moving again anytime soon!

I have lived in many apartments all over Los Angeles and morrison gardens has been my favorite bar none. The reasons are many. 1) it has by far the largest one bedroom layout Ive experienced with brand new appliances including central a/c. One aspect of living here that I have to mention is how great the building manager is. Mickey Casab has been responsive, professional, engaging and available. Far more than any other building/on-site manager I have ever dealt with. He legitimately CARES about his tenants and it shows. I have no plan on leaving and frankly will stay as long as they will have me. Excellent place to live!

My husband and I have been living at Morrison Gardens for 7 years. We like it here so much that when we wanted to get a larger place, instead of looking at a different building, we just moved into an open 2 bedroom apartment right across the courtyard. Best move ever. Mickey is a fantastic property manager. He made our move from one apartment to another seamless, and was incredibly diligent at sprucing up our old place to turn over and become available to rent. Mickey is easy to get ahold of via text or email whenever we have any issues and he is quick to fix any problems we may have. We see him at the property regularly, picking up and making it a clean and safe place to live. Also, he's just a nice guy. Which is refreshing, and rare, with property managers. We love calling this place home.
Really cute apartment community! I was very happy to find an apartment with central air. Also, love that have a hot tub. Super cute.
