I was a former resident of Polo lakes from 2011-2015. While living here we loved it. The place is very calm, quiet and well maintained. We loved it so much we decided to move back into the neighborhood and will be doing so next week. The staff is always very friendly and maintenance is always very helpful and efficient. I am very excited to be moving back into such a great community!

Charlotte was amazing to work with, she made sure we were able to move in on the day we wanted. Greg was exceptionally helpful on our move in date and made everything go smoothly. We love our new place and community!

I have been living here for a couple of weeks now. The apartment itself is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The neighborhood is quiet and civilized. I had a couple of issues once I moved in... One of which I caused. Both times I got great assistance and the problems were fixed in a timely manner. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Within a 10 minute walk are a number of restaurants and shopping locations. I am very happy to be living here. You will not regret it either.

The community itself is amazing. There is a huge difference between this community and others in the area. You get a big bang for your buck. We searched around different complexes and this one just had so much more to offer. Just in the apartment alone. The community is really well kept and constantly worked on. You should not pass this place up! Lake Placid layouts are amazing!

We met the weekend staff....Kathleen and Edgar who were very courteous, helpful and professional. We are moving in this week. Anytime we call the office, all the other ladies are helpful and kind as well. Apartment homes are designer style, clean, and awesome!

Just moved in and I absolutely love this place! The townhomes are modern and reasonably priced. The neighborhood is peaceful and in a prime location for shopping and has plenty of restaurants. The staff here are really nice, helpful, and definitely work with you. I had millions of questions and they answered them all. First day of move in the A/C went out, but maintenance came right out and fixed it. Definitely worth my money to move here, plan on staying here for while!!! Last reason why this place is so great, they offer great move in incentives for active duty military!!!!!!!!

Maintenance is quick and gets it done the first time. Love the amenities and the pool is my absolute favorite. Management is always prompt as well Bonnie is awesome.
