I moved into Citron apartments almost 5 months ago. It has been a wonderful experience so far. The price point was a win compared to the surrounding area/local market value. I love how it is fully secure with one main entry/exit. The first time I visited I was impressed by the modern and bright vibe. It is clean, quiet and feels safe. I rented a 1 bedroom, 600 sq. It is simple, but spacious and has everything I need. I love that it has a washer & dryer in the unit. It also has AC/ Heat. The kitchen is large and perfect for someone who loves to cook! Wendy, the business manager, is phenomenal! She had just started when I was looking to move in. She helped me every step of the way. She is professional, friendly, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Her maintenance crew is top notch in resolving issues and keeping the grounds tidy and neat. There is a simple fitness/cardio center and yoga room. I have taken advantage of both. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town to give you that peaceful vibe, but close enough to everything you need to access. I am very happy that I chose Citron apartments for my home. Thank you all for a great experience!

Living at Citron the last couple of years have been easy. Maintenance is dealt with promptly, the common areas are well maintained.
The new manager is really working hard on keeping this a nice and clean place to live at, even though some residents just don't share that interest. She is available and open for a conversation, and sincerely interested in hearing us out and helping meet our needs.
Would recommend.

Our AC is always running warm air out of no where . & weve ran into other issues.
Leasing management however is RUDE. Had no idea Dana didnt work here anymore as well , but whoever this new lady has always made me feel so unwelcome , which is crazy because I pay to live here as well to use everything that is included in the complex . Ive heard from other neighbors that shes rude to them as well. Hope she thinks about becoming more friendly :)
