I've lived in the building for a year and a half and have zero complaints. The building and grounds are always well maintained and the building manager, Mickey, is very friendly and super attentive. He is very communicative and quick at fixing any issues that may arise. Out of all the places I've lived in LA in the last 7 years this building is by far my favorite!

My husband and I have been living here for about a year and a half. The building is well-maintained and clean, and the building manager, Mickey, is very friendly and very helpful. He is always on top of unit and full building maintenance and not only gets things fixed immediately but also routinely makes proactive upgrades/quality checks. I have lived in many apartments in LA and this is definitely the best one.

I've lived in several apartments in Los Angeles over the years managed by a range of landlords, Mickey who is the on-site property manager of Laurel Canyon Living (managed by Moss & Company) has provided THE best experience I've had ever by a landlord. If there has ever been a problem, they are quick to respond and fix it. The unit is quite nice (newly renovated) and feels like home. The complex is safe and family-friendly. The property is maintained and kept clean. I only thought I'd be here for a year, but now it's been a couple years because it's such a great place to live. I highly recommend living here!

Having lived at this complex for going on 2 years, I have always been very satisfied with the level of care and responsiveness given by the property management, and specifically the on site manager, Mickey. He always addresses issues that might come up, both big and small, in a tactful and effective way. He really takes feedback to heart and has implemented changes as a result of feedback from everyone including myself. It makes me feel like I'm living at a place where someone is genuinely concerned with the well-being of the community. I'd recommend anyone to live on a property managed by him!

I have been fortunate enough to live here for about 4 years. And I really have no complaints. Mickey is amazing he is super attentive, and kind. If you put in request they get completed like that same day. He helps out any way he can. The place is quiet, it is clean and Mickey treats you like family. Would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a great place to live :)
