Been living here for a month now and I love it. It is super quiet, paying rent is so convenient and the apartment is the perfect size for 2 college students! We go to John Carroll and the University shuttle picks up right next to our building. Best decision I've made in a long time.

We lived at building 2175. Worst experience ever. It was such an old building. From elevators to washers and dryers and all the appliances they provide are super old. Clogged sinks with sewage water all over our kitchen, smelly carpets, bathroom ceiling seeping water from the bathroom above us, we have faced all sorts of nightmares. I am glad we dont live there anymore. Stay away.

Absolutely love my one bedroom apartment. The leasing staff including Cheryl and Twana have gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay here was the best option. The location is beautiful, right by the freeway, mall and Shuls. Very happy with the leasing staff and the quiet neighborhood we have here. Thank you all for providing excellent customer care!

My boyfriend and I have lived at Huntington for two years and we just recently moved out. This place is absolutely horrible and I would not refcomend it to anyone. The bugs were absolutely horrible and no matter how many time we sprayed ourselves or had maintenance spray they always came back. The largest issue was with silver fish and centipedes. We had even looked up home remedies to get rid of them nothing worked. Also, the apartment we lived in was on the ground floor and there was little to none circulation. Our kitchen space was so small that we couldn't even open our fridge door all the way because it would hit the wall. Therefore, there was a drawer in the fridge we could not even use because we couldn't open it. Also, our closet door in the hallway across from the bathroom could not open all the way because of a hallway light. The leasing office was very rude and unpleasant. The office is supposed to close at 6 pm and if you didn't get in there by 5:30 you could pretty much count on the door being locked. They would have all the lights off, blinds closed, and doors locked 15-20 min because they were even closed. I strongly encourage anybody looking to live here to look else where the rent for our one bedroom was $800 and that includes to utilities just rent.

Stayed in this place for over 2 years. We were in the old garden buildings and it had a lot of problems, especially bugs!! (fly and centipede, a lot of them). One time, we had to kill 60 flies on that kitchen side window (ground floor). We never opened our mesh but somehow, they got inside, weird!! there must have been some unseen holes around the windows. Other things are-poor ventilation in the building, molds keep appearing in bathrooms. Stiff and hypocrite leasing people. This complaints are only limited to the garden side buildings.

I lived in one of those buildings for 1 year and 4 months and I will be honest with my review: - The aprtment was in 2175 Kerwin, it was great, the rent was great, the neighborhood was even more great, It was one of my best leasing experience. - The employees were very kind and friendly, specially Shwana, she showed me the apartment when I first came and she always answred my questions, and so everyone else. - The maintainance were really great and responding rapidly, I remember that I had a problem with my bathtub, it wasn't draining and I had to call the maintainance literally at 10:00 pm (in winter), they sent me a technician within minutes. Though he made the problem worse but at least he tried, then the next day a professional came and fixed the problem. - My 3 negative experiences were: 1) the very high and unfair rent raise upon the end of my 1 year lease where I had to pay more than 25% above what I used to pay, it was like the manager telling me okay you stayed for 1 year now you have to either leave or pay 25 % more, and this was in a very critical period because me and my wife had our first baby and he was a couple of days old and I had thousands of dollars in expenses. 2) there was no AC in the apartment so you can imagine sticking to your bed in summer nights sweating and not being able to sleep. 3) the apartment walls were not sound proof and I was literally able to hear neighbors speaking, babies crying, and some others screaming.

The last review for This complex is ridiculous. You get what you pay for here. They have several buildings geared towards completely different price points. I'm guessing the last reviewer lived in the lowest priced apartment building. Today I sent in a request to maintenance.. And I was called within 15 minites and maintenance came and solved my problem before business hours ended. I have not seen any pests... Aside from the occasional moth. The leasing department isn't the best.. But definitely not the worst. You have to put in work and research all of their buildings before making a selection. I love my 2 bedroom apartment. It has oversized closets..a large bedroom.. Dishwasher.. And sink disposal. The community is very diverse and welcoming.

ITS A TRAP!! Worst Decision of my life, countless issues, disgusting management, all old faces have changed and all new faces in the management, who are ridiculous, demeaning, unprofessional and unsocial. Apartment roots have ROACHES, MICE, leaking ceilings, dirty in house carpets, hot water comes and goes, heat and cooling delayed in respective season. There was time when it was good but no they are not caring for anything except money. You keep complaining and they dont come for repairs or fix the issues. They insanely increased the prices recently without doing any renovation, in mid/high rise 1BH 700 to 900-1000 and 2BH 850 to 1300, no one is coming anymore, with lots of apartment empty, they are slashing there prices again but no one is still coming cause public is not moron.
