Now I understand why their ratings are so low. Emailed back and forth with a individual there. Was quoted over the phone and in writing a price for their smallest one bedroom. Made an appointment to see the apartment and we were shown a model that had been renovated. Asked to see said apartment and they said there wasnt one at that price. Tried to show us an apartment for $150 more a month that was partially renovated whatever that means! There were two girls in the office when we arrived for our 4pm appointment. Neither wanted to help us and they went back and forth with each other about who was going to help us. One was eating and she wound up reluctantly helping us. A third woman who was working in the back yelled out that there would be an apartment available on Tuesday but it was another price. What a s*&t show. My daughter who we were looking at apartments for was disgusted and said lets go Mom. I happen to own and live off of Swan north of Sunrise and had high hopes of our daughter living close by us. Plus I have friends interested in renting places for 4-6 months during the winter season and I was anxious to see the apartments so that I could give them these places as a potential rental. We were ready to write a check and sign a lease today! Beware of Elevation Apartments!

I would like to say thank you to the office staff and maintenance team for always being so kind respectful and quick to tend to situations as if they pertained to themselves or as if it was a family. Landscaping is very clean, and the property is quiet.

Stay far away from here! The apartment was not clean when we moved in, the freezer and refrigerator were filthy, the stove was greasy, the carpet stained and dirty. And we were never offered anything to make up for it. We had to insist they clean the carpets, and they offered to have cleaners in after we had already been living there a week. To be able to live there we had to scrub it ourselves. The water was shut off all the time due to repairs for leaks and the AC broke down multiple times in the middle of the highest temperatures. After a week with no fix they finally decided it was time to offer something to their residents. The entire office staff has been fired and replaced at least twice if not more. Our car was broken into, as well as several others in the parking lot. The whole place seems to be held together with duct tape, yet they are charging unreasonable prices for this hovel. The utilities are ridiculously high priced, and I wouldnt put it past them to charge the residents for all the leaked water. The photos Im attaching are just a sample and I have many many more.
