Horrible place to live, would not stay here ever again. Washers and Dryers are broken down at least 3 times a week, AC is always down for maintenance, over priced, security is never on site, hot water goes out at least once a week, pool is never maintained and the security gate is always broken.

Im going into my second year lease with Agave in an upgraded unit and its been a pleasant experience. In another post they mentioned parking could be better, which I agree, but I opt to not park in the gate to avoid searching for a spot. No biggie. Ive had limited issues/concerns while living here, but when I did have one and it was brought up with management, it was resolved quickly. Like most places, maintenance is needed and they do an excellent job with informing residents of downtime for utilities. Even the landscapers are kind and clean my porch when they come each week. Overall, Ive been pretty satisfied and feel safe living here.

Ive stayed here at The Agave 9 months now and its been great every month. I have a 1 bedroom renovated apartment and havent had any complains with ample A/C flow in every room with like-new appliances. I have one dog and the property is very accommodating with plenty of grass and an enclosed dirt dog park for dog relief and more than plenty doggy bag locations scattered across the property for picking up. The property overall is tranquil with trees/palm trees throughout and maintained walkways around each complex. The amenities including gym, dog park, laundry facilities, grills/gas grill, pool, tennis, basketball court and handball court are all well maintained and incomparable in amount of amenities to any apartment in the area. The Agave is a great apartment choice for any family, cant beat the location, management is on top of any help needed, awesome neighbors, quiet and accommodating to all. Looking forward to the coming months staying here and possibly renewing, thanks for all!
