After having multiple problems in my current unit, I was finally able to get ahold of the office manager and talk things through. She listened to all of my concerns, and even though she did advise that if I wasnt happy I should find somewhere else to live and shed end my lease with no penalties, she was able to see me half way and I am happy with our final conclusion. Shes actually really nice and understanding and was able to get me into another and larger unit. Things have been a little up and down here, but for the rent prices and what the apts have to offer you cant beat it. They try their best to help meet your needs, keeping in mind theres a lot of residents to deal with at once. I had previously written a pretty long and negative review, but Im glad My requests were heard and that I get to try again in another unit, I even brought a friend to move here. Thank you Judith and I hope my continuous problems come to an end. Oh and the staff is pretty nice, Ive read a few other comments but they are not that bad actually at all, just have to be understanding, if you work with them theyll work with you to the best of their ability.

These people are rock stars!!!! Every time I need a repair it is done in a timely manner. My air conditioning unit went out shortly after I moved in and they replaced it with in two weeks. They had to order a new unit! They made sure I had a portable unit until I got my new unit. I am so happy with the leasing office and maintenance crews.

I dont use to care to read or write bad reviews to paces because I believe there are always two sides of a story. But this place is beyond my tolerance. If its just the little things its fine, like the gross swimming pool or the dog park, or the irresponsible property manager with their bad attitude, or dirty and broken laundry room that never gets fixed, or pest problem. No. Things have to get really really serious for me to take the time and write down this bad review. I mean this place doesnt even deserve one star. My refrigerator was never working. I ordered maintenance twice. The first time they told me they dont have the keys to my apartment, I have to give them my keys so they can come in. I was puzzled but I still gave them my keys. The refrigerator was still not fixed. They I submitted the work order again and this time they said they lost the keys they copied the last time so they have to have my keys again. I was like ?????? But then I sent my keys to them again cause you gotta have refrigerator right? And then by the time they fixed my refrigerator it had been broken for 12 days. I had no place to store milk, meet, vegetable or even left overs for almost two weeks. This, in addition to the lack of hot water (yes, its right, they dont have hot water half of the time I lived there) Im trying to negotiate a term with the office so I can move out. I emailed the property manager, I went to the officer ask to talk to her, I talked to the other girls who worked there to ask their manager to reply my emails. I heard no response from them whatsoever. I mean they already broke paragraph 31 - responsibility of owners, in the lease I signed. That was the solid ground for me to move out without consequences. But they kept calling me ask me to pay 6600 dollars because I broke my lease. I mean. Guys. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I signed this place bc the girl I talked to was nice and it was close to school starting I was in hurry to find a place. If I knew they didnt have hot water or they were gonna treat me like this after I move in I would have slept over at my friends until I find a place. Guys. Every and comment you read for this place is TRUE!! Dont make the same mistakes I made!!

If you are someone who enjoys having hot water or who takes issue with being treated without human decency by the property manager I do not recommend Verde apartments. They should think less about their Peloton bikes that no one uses and more about providing basic needs, like hot water, to their residents.
