The complex is beautiful and management is generally very nice but Its terrible for crime. Had my Jeep broken into twice along with several incidents reported in the complex by the management here including someone being robbed near the trash compactor. We had to call the police frequently for suspicious stuff going on in front of our townhome. Its a really nice complex - but you are an easy target being a nice complex on a dead end quiet street while paying a premium to be there. Would never recommend. Sidenote: we were also told by the leasing agent we were the first to live in our unit and that it was previously the model. Our nice neighbors told us that was a complete lie and there was infact a couple that lived there before us. Not a huge deal but why lie?

I just renewed my lease for another year at Green Park. Im very happy with my 2 bedroom townhome, my neighbors, and the wonderful office and maintenance staff. Thank you Glenn, Michelle, and Jose - you make our community even better!

Update: Molly asked me to remove my previous review without even attempting to fix my issue. I have sent in videos of my noise issue after repeatedly calling with no one answering and her response is "there is not much to hear" when there is CLEARLY repeated banging going on. She is the most rude, unhelpful person with no customer service skills. I have to leave my apartment on weekends to catch up on sleep because it is so noisy. The coffee bar is also never stocked, and when I would email her and ask her to replenish cups or creamer, her response was "there were cups out" or "there is plenty of creamer" when clearly there wasn't. Avoid this property strictly because of her. Read the other countless reviews about her if skeptical. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The one pro is they look nice. That's the only reason they even deserve one star. When I moved in, my gate code, dryer, and hot water did not work. Then, someone moved in above my and you can hear every move they make.. and LOUD. There is no insulation and every sound is amplified. When they shower and talk, it sounds like they are in my apartment. There is constant banging to the point where I can only sleep when they are asleep and not moving around (3-5 hours a night). Walls are so then you can hear a person's music playing when they pull up in the parking lot. You'll hear every conversation of everyone who walks by. So, if you are planning on sleeping in your next apartment, look elsewhere. I get a max of 5 hours a night. Also, don't be fooled when they reply to this review pretending to care. I've sent many unanswered emails and they refuse to do anything about my problems. They'll only respond to try to make themselves look good and keep up their reputation. Behind closed doors, I have yet to get one response.

I just moved in to Green Park apartments less than a week ago, but I have been extremely happy with everything so far. I want to inform and share with others the wonderful experience Ive already had here at Green Park. As some of you may know, deciding on a new place to live can be stressful and exhausting at times. I am originally from Atlanta, but I was currently living in Florida and solely doing online research for my new home. I am familiar with Atlanta, but there has been a lot of new construction in the years I have lived out of state. It was overwhelming to narrow down my options. Neighborhood, apartment square footage, amenities, etc. I can be critical when it comes to the exact location of where I want to live, what amenities I want included, and how much I want to pay for rent/utilities. To make a long story short, I researched several wonderful options, but GREEN PARK HAS IT ALL. I signed the lease after only viewing photos and videos sent to me by their extremely helpful management team. Move-in day went more smoothly than anything Ive experienced in the past. There was even a move in gift placed in the apartment to welcome us to our new place. :) I was incredibly happy with the condition of the apartment, the cleanliness, and the support of the management team. I cant say it enough, and I hope it continues, but their management team (So far, Ive dealt with Molly and Jose) has been amazing. They are quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I immediately felt at home! The maintenance staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I had only a few very small concerns with the apartment when I first arrived on move-in day. I filled out and handed in the inspection sheet the following day, management placed a work order, and maintenance was at my door first thing the next morning. The maintenance guys were friendly, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I even received a follow up email to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The community itself is just beautiful. I love the modern interiors and curb appeal, and it seems to be kept very clean. The common areas are also very impressive. Green Park offers a state-of-the-art fitness center (if youre into fitness like me, you will appreciate all the bells and whistlesthey have it all), outdoor grills, a salt water swimming pool (I cant wait to use in the Summer), and a cyber cafe. Also, if youre a pet owner like me, youll appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere. They even have a dog park for our dog to run around leash free. Green Park also offers a fantastic location- just minutes from Decatur. There are nearby coffee shops, restaurants, convenient stores, and even a movie theater just a short walk from the apartment! If youre like me, youre going to want some honest advice that you cant find anywhere else online, and here it isyour apartment search is over. From the little touches that were thought of during construction, to the above and beyond attitude of Green Park management team, I am thrilled to be a resident here. It was a big change to move from a beautiful beach in Florida to the city of Atlanta in the winter time. The cold weather, however, had nothing on the warm welcome I received moving into Green Park Apartments. I am beyond happy to call this place home! :)

My best friend and I were interested in seeing a standard 2 bedroom as well as a 2 bedroom townhome. The Leasing Agent showed us to the first apartment, shortly after we arrived in the unit he told us he'll be right back to continue looking at the apartment. We waited, waited.......approx.15 mins. we were left alone in their apartment. As we exited we saw that not only did he just leave us in the apartment he left the keys dangling in the door. We walked over to the office to find out why we were abandoned in the apartment, and to get our driver's licenses that they kept in their offices. We pulled on the door and it was locked. We couldn't believe what we were experiencing at this place. As I reached for my phone to call the police to make a report against them for having our driver's licenses locked in their faciclity, my friend started knocking on their door (with their apartment keys in hand that the guy left in the door) A lady walked over to the door and said "we're closed" of course our reply was "what do you mean you're closed, you people left us abanadoned in one of your units and you have our driver's licenses in their." She refused to let us inside. So, I said I'm calling the police to report your company for theft of our licenses. She then quickly let us in, once inside we asked where the man was who left us in the apartment and she said "oh he left for the airport" What! What do you mean he left for the airport he was in the middle of showing us an apartment. This experience was beyond unprofessional we were ready to just get out of there. We asked for our licenses and she said I'm not sure where he put it. I said either you find our driver's licenses or we're making a report. She precedes to scramble trying to find our ID's while having a cellphone attached to her ear. She was confused and incapable of helping us. We waited another 15 mins for her to figure out we're our IDs were. In retrospect I wish I had completed the call in to the police so that we would've had documentation of their stupidity and unprofessionalism. I've since made attempts to contact their corporate offices, and no one returned my call.

I moved out a couple of months ago and wasnt going to write but felt like I had to share. I gave GPA a 3 because it was a beautiful apartment. Brand new. SOME of the staff was very nice and helpful. But all of that was overshadowed by Molly as well as other things but Molly was often times, unnecessarily rude. One day the gate wasnt working (like many days, but Ill get to that...) my mother and father, as well as a whole line of other cars behind them, were waiting to get in the gate. My mother gets out the car and lightly knocks on the window of Mollys office and said to her What are you doing? You crazy? Knocking on the window which was extremely unnecessary. She appears to be very condescending towards African-Americans. I could include numerous unpleasant interactions with Molly that resulted in making it easy for me to make the decision to find another apartment after 1 year. There are way too many rules, making it feel more like a dormitory than a apartment. Quiet Hours start at 10. Making it hard for company to come over and stay because they have to be quite. Trash Can. I was going out of town for a funeral and Molly called me about the trash bag being out without the trash can, but I was also called at work one day for leaving the trash can outside after they picked it up. Its a lose-lose with that trash can. Parking is limited. Gates were always broken. So much for safe community The fees are ridiculous. An extermination fee, trash can fee, Utility Reimbursement????. Just spending money on top of the 1000+ Im paying. Walls and floors are very thin. The upstairs neighbors walked very heavy which caused my kitchen light to flicker. But again nice looking apartments.

Beautiful apartments! Love the smell of the occasional Marijuana around the complex. I like how everybody is very relaxed and uses kind words to greet one another when passing. You could find this type of ambiance in the Alpharetta area, glad to have it located here in Tucker. Also Shoppes and stores are within walking distance what more could you ask for!

word of advice to possible tenants DO NOT LEASE HERE! THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE! the other staff members however are very nice I am a current resident here. they now want to swab our pets for DNA which i find is absurd and i feel like it violates my pets! You can't have more than two visitors at the pool per resident and you all have to have a wristband which is preposterous considering how much we pay in rent here to be able to enjoy the amenities in which we waited well into winter time to be able to use but by then it was too cold, so with family in town I can't show off the community to them because I have more than two guest other than that the community is nice maintenance is very quick at completing request BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone move here unless they are a loner with no pet or have no need to entertain outside of their home.

I am a resident of Green Park and the apartments are absolutely beautiful on the inside. However, the manager Molly is a complete nightmare. Unfortunately for Green Park, her attitude is terrible and will/have drawn away residents and/or potential residents. She has absolutely no customer service skills and treats everyone as if they are beneath her, especially the African American tenets. Please beware of the TONS of additional, ridiculous, made-up charges upon moving out. I am being hit with a bill for over 6,000 in order to move out. In my contract it mentions early termination of a 60 day notice ONLY. However, they will charge you 3 months or rent, as well as make you return the money for the move-in special and add additional fees in an attempt to fill a struggling, empty apartment complex. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, where you will be treated with respect. My rent is over 1,800 dollars for a 2-bedroom and my stay here with Molly and Jose has been one nightmare after the other. I cant wait until my lease it up.

I've been here since they opened. The experience with the staff has been Great. They have done a wonderful job of community events, activities, gifts especially when we were still under construction. They have resolved issues as they come about in a friendly, professional, tinely manner. Their care of the residents had been delightful. I am looking forward to renewing my lease. I am hoping our community does a better job of caring for this property. Keep up the good work staff.
