I happened to stop by to see how this place was. At first glance I thought the apartments had front or back yards..... Not the case.... I walked in office and asked to see the apartments available so they took me...... First steps in cheap cardboard flooring (dated) small living room/dining room 1 window walked in the kitchen (no Windows) small and very dated.... Walked through a narrow hallway to first bedroom tiny tiny tiny could not tell you about second bedroom because I never made it there the cigarette stench was unbearable the wall paint was scrappy and the duct work was three feet from the floor looked like a wall to wall table no room for a bed over full size. I had to tell the guy no way it's way to small. The guy told me that the water was free and trash removel also..... And here is the rental amount.....drum roll.............. For a two bedroom apartment.........is............ $930.00 a month......... Wow I'm so lucky I have a place and pay way less. With a pool and security face it alcoholism and drug use are all over...... But I feel safe!!!!!!oh yeah about the back yard I was mistaken it is two units I thought there was a front and back door.......... Wow and I might of seen some...... I gave 1 star

I lived here for one year before moving into a house. I just moved out April 30th, 2018. I got the apt before every visiting Titusville as I moved from Milwaukee. Had no idea what I was getting into but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff, while many of them were in and out, were all very present. From Sarah to Mamie. The maintenance guy Louie was always very helpful. Ive seen bad reviews on here and also work in property management so I am giving them a review that they deserve. I did receive my security deposit back, I was just charge for blinds, which I knew because I broke them. I just cleaned my apt and made sure everything was removed. So for anyone complaining about their deposit.... thats how thats done. I also refer people here on a daily basis. When the property I work at has no availability I ask them to come and check out Sunrise. I never had any issues with my neighbors, never once saw criminal activity or a single roach. Pest control is available on the property at no cost. My only complaint is that work orders may have taken longer than i expected. However at that time I know one of the maintenance staff left unexpectantly so it was really only a one time deal. I would live here again if I ever go back to apartment living. #5
