Renter pays for all utilities. Certain breeds of dog will not be accepted. A pet deposit may be charged in addition to the Cleaning and Security Deposit. No smoking, vaping, etc. Tenant is responsible for all landscape maintenance (which is very minimal) and septic tank pumping as necessary. Tenant must comply with all of Bear Valley Springs rules. Lease is for one year minimum but we are hoping you are planning to stay longer.
