Me and my wife moved in a two bed room two bath apartment about two weeks ago and was told before we paid our money that we where getting a completed updated apartment. When we paid our money and did the last final walk around of the apartment we noticed a lot of ants and roaches everywhere even behind the refrigerator. We kept going to the office to let them know and the landlord of the property told me and my wife that (we just had to deal with it) please save your self from here and go elsewhere. And lets not for get that they make up fake work orders so they can come in your house when u are not home. GET SECURITY CAMERAS I KNOW I DID

It's summer time in ga and for some reason this property has a pool and for a month or more it has opened late or not at all ( sign says 10am-8pm). Peak living don't seem to care about the hard working residents that reach out to them with complaints. It's sad that black ran communities have the worst service, it's a problem to get anything done around here without a attitude or going to corporate. Now, if a resident does anything against the lease agreement you'll have a letter (or phone call) on your door within hours. If you work hard, expect a smile and respect or want what you pay for RUN PASS THESE APARTMENTS! It's sad. PEAK LIVING NEEDS TO COME SEE WHAT'S GOING ON AND TALK TO THE RESIDENTS. ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS WHAT I'M PAYING FOR THAT'S IT.

I have to call corporate everytime I need something. They are unprofessional and I can't wait to move. Her nasty additude makes me scared for her. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired yet. The upstairs apartment is loud. Don't move here!!! I've told everyone I know. They charge whatever they want on water. Beware!!!

I just recently moved into the Wildwood apartments here in Stone Mountain and I must say the staff here is amazing!!! The grounds are very well kept, security vehicles and Dekalb co. Officers are clearly on duty, Neighboors are friendly and I feel that anyone lookin for a great, quiet and comfortable community to call home this it.

Communication sucks. Was told one thing but it ended being something totally different. Rent is supposed to be 1040 for a 3 bedroom with washer and dryer..but we're paying 1060. Why??? After searching and looking in the stone mountain area these were the only apartments that met my standards both interior and exterior. Both leasing consultants(Dee and Taiya) has been very nice and professional. They made this process very easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend Wildwood to anyone who wants the upscale living in the 30083 zip code.

Recently I visited a resident of the property and I must say that the property is pretty clean and well kept but the residents are one word... GHETTO!!! The kids are outside 24 hours a day yelling, fighting, and screaming in the streets, loud pipes and engines are roaring all day from the "hood" cars driven by the residents, on top of the fact that they play their radio speakers so loudly that the apartment windows rumble. Some people leave trash bags in the hallway and you'll never get any rest unless you sleep with your tv on its highest volume, but other than that the apartments look brand new. Too bad that the residents are too ghetto to match the property! If you move here let it be a stepping stone to build credit or something (ONLY) but if you are looking for peace and quite and can afford to live better DO NOT move to Wildwood at Stone Mountain!!!!!!!!

I have never written a review but I felt others should really know what they are walking into if they move into Wildwood. I would suggest never moving here, you could find somewhere else for the same price or less. Maintenance is horrible. Throughout my year and a half there, when something was broken, it was NEVER fixed in a timely manner nor was it fixed correctly. On example was when my water heater broke. It damaged the carpet. Mgmt had the carpet replaced but only the patch. The job was done horribly and very embarrassed for people to come over and see. Seems for the carpet were coming up and the carpet patch didn't match the rest of the carpet. I called several times and "nothing could be done." To add injury to insult, when I moved out, they had a list of charges a mile high. One charge was for a stain on the concrete patio. In my time there, I had only gone on the patio once for about 5 minutes. The other listed items were just as crazy. One charge was for a soap dish that had fallen off the shower wall. I had called the office at least 4 times to have it fixed. They came once, fixed it incorrectly as it fell off again in two days, and never returned. My advice, move to an other complex where the maintenance is good and mgmt won't try and rip you off because you are moving out.
