This unit is an easily accessible first floor apartment that has a large bedroom, a spacious living room, window a/c unit, a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, and plenty of closet space throughout the apartment, which includes a large walk-in closet!
Included in the rent: heat, water, and garbage removal
Requirements for qualification are:
- $50 application fee per adult (we only accept applications after you have seen the apartment)
- $275 security deposit per person, including children
- 1 year of current rental history
- Gross income 3 times the monthly rent
- We do a criminal background check
- We do a credit report check
- No pets allowed
- We do not participate with the section 8 or any other housing programs
- Maximum of 4 people (this includes children) per 2 bedroom apartment
- 1 year lease-terms

This was the best property for me. Quiet which I need for my work and always in good order. The agents have always been very nice and prompt. While it is true it was not the newest property it is always clean and great access to all the things that I need. Nothing like it in the area. I recommend it to all my friends and colleagues.

Very very nasty disrespectful leasing agent she was horrible not polite at all she wasnt trying to listen to me instead trying to argue with me on weather or not I was currently still on my lease, when I was trying to explain that my lease just ended shes a very disgusting person & just because of her Id never give this property my money !!!!! Yall need to find a new leasing agent!

We stayed here for about 2-3 years. We really don't have any complaints...appliances are not brand new nor is the apartment but we're grateful for the time we had there. Caretaker is always friendly and we don't have problems when needing maintenance done. Where we lived it was quiet almost 100% of the time.

I called to get a date and time to view the open unit that is not available until 10/2017. She screened me first before allowing me to see the property. Then indicated only one person can be on the lease for a studio as it indicates on the web-site but I wanted to clarify that it was also going to be on the lease and she said yes. I have been in my current unit with a different management company for 3 years. The lady on the phone with Sagstetter Properties went over the same details they have on the website. I guess they really do not want to rent the units out, your credit score seems to be the driving factor to live in these properties. She made it seem like they are use to dealing with people that can not pay the application fee of $50.00 and then the security deposit of $275.00 and the rent. And made it clear that the gross income MUST be $1620.00. None of which was an issue, but now that I have read the reviews. I will pass on a property that is not interested in taking care of the tenants. I will also call the Attorney General to let them know that the leases are not compliant with State Guideline. YOU go mystery shopped in more ways than you realized.

Terrible customer service. I just called to get information on vacancies, and a lady answered the phone. She stated that I would have to have a current lease in my name and be paying rent in order to rent from them. When I explained that I have a lease in my name but my job pays my rent, she proceeded to get loud with me, stating that I MUST be paying the rent, in order to rent from them. When I said I didn't understand, because the lease is in my name, and rent is being paid, it's just not me who's paying it, she got even louder, as if yelling would clarify her point. I've never hung up on anyone until today. Worst customer service ever, especially if I'm trying to give you money.

They take for ever to come and fix things. Apartment wasn't that clean before we move in. They refuse to change the refrigerator that has rust and mold. Had to called the State with this problem and then they change the refrigerator. My garage got rob and all my husband's tools got stolen. They charge rediculous things when we moved out. We'll at least we out of here. Horrible.
So far renting from them has been great. The buildings are fairly clean with a light apartment smell. Tenants and caretakers have been friendly....

Some of their apts lack parking however which can be an issue. It would also be nice if they'd enforce parking permits in the lots and tow cars with flat tires after a few months... But overall it's been a good experience and I'd recommend them to anyone, the price is awesome, the spaces are nice, and they always answer and are helpful during business hours. They are family run and make you feel like a family member whenever you need something done. I plan to renew my lease after this year or live in another property of theirs.
