Such a beautiful property but such incompetent management. I lived here with my sister, used to be friendly, welcoming and pet friendly. What a shame. The courtyard in the 360 building used to be a gathering place where you could grill out and meet other residents. Times sure have changed.

This company has predatory practices. Stay Away. If you apply for an apartment, you will have to pay the deposit, application fee, and an admin fee, for a total of over $500. If by the time you get approved, your situation has changed, and you no longer need the apartment, they keep all your money and threaten that they will also send you a bill for first month's rent. All this without a signed lease, just an approved application and me saying I won't be moving in after two days from approval. So glad I decided not to move here, but only after the pocketed over $500 of my hard earned money with no move-in and no signed lease.

Great area, friendly neighbors. It used to be a great place for dogs. One of the courtyards used to be a great place to meet people and for dogs to play. Management has now changed it to a concrete jungle full of rock and debris. We've heard of dogs getting injured too. My girlfriend and I used to live on the 3rd floor and we loved coming down to see people in the courtyard and have our dogs socialize. They cited "flooding" but it still floods (forget about the sprinkler system?) and the grass space is dead and muddy. They've gone cheap on landscaping and seem too impulsive when making decisions.

Terrible...the office people are useless and don't tell you very key details just so they can charge you $1,000+ on BS fees. Do NOT waste your time living in this overpriced St. Paul apartment complex. Much better locations to choose from especially if you are willing to spend the kind of money you will here.

Office help was great when I moved in. It kept turning over though and getting less helpful. Bikes were constantly getting stolen out of the garage. The movie theater was locked most of the time and unusable. When I was moving out, they seemed to give daily showings of my apartment. They charged me for light bulbs even though I used my own energy efficient ones the whole time I was there and swapped theirs back in when I moved. Neighbors were loud stopping on the floor. The xcel bill went up every month no matter if I had the power turned on in the apartment or not.

Even though I just did a showing to lease here soon this place was amazing. Yes prices are on the high end but rental prices have gone up everywhere and for the location and amenities this place has it all. My leasing consultant was Laura, she did a fantastic job, I'd highly recommend her for showings. The grounds were very clean and looking neat! The apartments seem to be built well, I didn't hear any of the neighbors or dogs during the showings, many times in other properties I have. I'd highly recommend anyone to stop by and take a look! Also do note, half the apartments are not available if you have a dog, as one building is for cats only and another for cats/dogs. But overall top notch apartment for dog lovers for being so close to bike/walking paths and the dog park (plus they have a dog wash!) Bring your furry ones! It's seems also they do monthly events to gather residents to get to know each other, which is great! A+

We spent summer of 2016 living at Riverview. Our apartment was a delight to live in. Clean, quiet, good view, nice neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. The Mississippi riverwalk right outside was special.

When I first moved in everyone was extremely nice but then they acted as if I was an inconvenience. They will nickel and dime you as much as possible. Good luck, hope this helps!

Stay away, stay away, stay away! I worked from home and during the first few months of my lease I didn't have a single problem. Over the summer the apartment complex started doing roof construction and gave the tenants specific time frames of when they would be done. Months after this time frame I am still getting woken up at 6:30 every morning and am getting interrupted throughout the day with various bangs and stomping above my head. After discussing this with building management they were unhelpful or unresponsive. With no end in sight for this roof construction I would stay away from the apartments.
