The condo community does not allow dogs. Cats are allowed. The condo community is fully smoke free, so no smoking in the unit or on the condo grounds, no exceptions. Tenant pays utilities.
Current tenant has rented for 10+ years, and is moving out because they are getting married. The unit is owner managed, so no middleman back and forth BS with a management company or property manager. You'll interface directly with me, the owner. I've owned the unit since 2007, and have made upgrades/replaced appliances as the prior tenant has requested. Improvements in recent years have been: new dishwasher 2025, new floors 2022, new water heater 2021.
Available May 1st 2026, or anytime after.
$1,475/month rent. $1,475 security deposit required. No ridiculous application fees. Prospective tenants are only asked to pay for the cost of background/credit check which is $55 when your application is submitted.
