The rooms are spacious, the staff is always kind, the building is always clean and well-maintained, and the gym, underground parking and pool are awesome. Maintenance requests are also dealt with extremely quickly, which is not the case at many other apartments. I really enjoyed my experience here.

Cons: the parking situation is pretty ridiculous. The outer perimeter is for residents while the inside parking is for the restaurant. Often times, restaurant patrons park in resident parking. There is not enough clear signage to enforce this kind of parking. My brother, who was checking on our cats, had his car towed for being in resident parking without a sticker. Yet, Ive never seen any of these restaurant patron cars being towed. Our apartment is right next to the elevator and I would advise no one rent this apartment unless you are a heavy sleeper because you will need three fans going to drown out the sound. Office staff is untimely in responding to emails if they even decide to.

We've been residents at The McMillan for almost three years now. The amenities are high quality and many, the building is attractive and clean, the location is ideally located close to civilization but tucked into the middle of vast natural areas, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Our favorite aspects are the Club Room, with its cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, and the outdoor areas, including the pool, fire pits, and grilling stations. They really expand one's living space beyond one's apartment and give the sense of luxury living this place is known for.
Yes, like several reviews mention, there were some kinks to work out with the parking when the restaurant opened, but the management and staff were careful to clearly communicate with residents about the rules as they evolved. Likewise, they solved the visitor parking issue in a way that preserves privacy and doesn't require getting parking stickers during limited hours. There haven't been any problems since, with abundant, clearly marked parking for residents and guests. The only drawback is having to occasionally move your car to a nearby side street in the winter when the lot needs to be cleared. A small price to pay for not having to lift a shovel again!

This was a really Nice place when i moved in a year and a half ago. But the past year has been nothing but problems. The tv in the lobby by the coffee maker never works and it use to say the weather and be nice to look at. The TV outside by the grills has not worked all spring/summer of 2020. I have asked numerous times for it to be fixed and repaired/replaced and nothing. residents let random people in the building which result in crime and being terrified to walk in the building going to work in the middle
Of the night. But, The big reason why I am writing a review is because of No hot water. Very often the hot water goes out which results in calling the emergency line often to get boiler company out here to fix it. Right now I am on day 2 with no hot water for the second time in 30 days. Regardless Of the time of day i try to shower. The staff is friendly here but Steven Scott needs to figure out how to take care of a luxury apartment a little better and not let a really nice place tear down.

I've been living here over a year and have really enjoyed it for these reasons and more:
I think they do a great job keeping the building and grounds attractive and clean, they are always on top of this it seems, especially plowing the lot.
Staff are always friendly and attentive when I've dealt with them, whether it be maintenance requests or general questions.
Lots of nice features such as underground parking, free coffee, on site restaurant, dog wash room, pool and more.
Free gift wrapping paper around Christmas which I always found awesome.
A very cool lobby/waiting area.
Most importantly my apartment itself is very nice and has held up very well.
A lot of people complain about the parking issue with the restaurant, I own two cars and don't have any issues.
Most of the other residents are very nice.
Even for a bigger building it stays quiet inside and definitely feels comfortable and safe.
I would definitely recommend living here!
