I've lived at Hamline Pointe for the last two years and highly recommend. Every time I've brought an issue to management, they've addressed it quickly and professionally. The location is great and with security measures in place, I have never felt unsafe. I LOVE the huge walk-in closet, the secure package system, and all the dog-friendly amenities. Very positive apartment-renting experience!

I have lived in this complex since 1986. We have had a number of good managers, but I am especially pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of our current manager, Tonia Bastyr. We have had a number of personal emergencies recently, and she has gone out of her way to assist us. Maintenance issues are generally dealt with promptly as well. The location near Como Park and public transportation is ideal. The grounds are beautifully kept. Rent is a reasonable market rate. It's a great place for students going to the University of Minnesota or to Hamline University.

I lived at Hamline Pointe for the past two years (only moved because I purchased a home) and I had a wonderful experience there! The location is fantastic, right by Como Park, and by the University of Minnesota's St. Paul Campus. The staff are all kind, responsive, and helpful. And if you have a car, they have excellent parking. Additionally, they have a secure package system keeping your mail safe, even when you're out of town. I highly recommend Hamline Pointe!

I recently moved out to start a new job in Boston, but I loved my Hamline Pointe apartment! The staff were friendly and responded quickly to my needs. The location is wonderful (next to Como Park) and the neighbors are very kind. I wish any prospective apartment renters as positive an experience as I had!
