I enjoyed my time here at Plaza Apartment in Saint Anthony, MN! Love Tonia (property manager) and how extremely professional she is and quick to response. The apartment complex was extremely clean, and the neighbors were also phenomenal as well. My 1-year lease was up and it was time for me to move on and buy a house. I would do it all over again if I could! Thanks for the amazing experience!
Honestly a wonderful place! I'd give it a 4.5 because there is only 1 negative thing during the entire 2 years I was here....
Honestly a wonderful place! I'd give it a 4.5 because there is only 1 negative thing during the entire 2 years I was here. Before that though the community is wonderful. Great place for walking to all the locations you need, public transportation is at the corner, close to the highways without hearing traffic! The management is kind, understanding, and quick with being responsive to request! The only negative that was there the entire time was the wasps being thin. It was quiet often to hear others and neighbors at all hours. Otherwise it was a wonderful place in a wonderful area! Honestly considering coming back in the future if life brings us to it again :)

I have lived in a few places and none have compared thus far. I have been living here for about 9 months now and I couldn't be happier with the tenants and management company. It's very clean and quite. The people living here are polite and respectful. Maintenance issues get fixed promptly (even with no onsite office) and every staff member I have encountered is respectful and listen. Close to the fire & police station and a big shopping center. #FeelsGoodToBeHome
