The landlord uses objective screening criteria to evaluate applications and follows Seattle’s First-in-Time ordinance.

Applications are reviewed in the order they are received as complete, in compliance with Seattle Municipal Code.
The landlord does not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined in RCW 59.18.257.
