All applications are processed through Avail ($55/applicant). Every occupant 18 or older must submit their own application. Groups are not considered until all applications are received.

Credit score of 700+ preferred- 650 700 reviewed case by case- under 650 will not be considered
No bankruptcy filings in the past 5 years
Verifiable gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent
Debt-to-income ratio of 20% or less
Strong landlord and employment references (must be verifiable within 48 hours)
No prior evictions
Holding Deposit
Washington State operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once approved, you'll have 48 hours to submit a holding deposit equal to the security deposit and sign a receipt and disclosure document to secure the property.
