• Tax liens and judgments
Tenancy may be denied based on the results of the screening. Criteria include:
• Falsification of records/application
• Credit score below 680
• Bankruptcy within 3 years
• Excessive delinquencies/accounts in collection, including tax liens
• Evictions
• Insufficient gross income (3x rent)
• Excessive debt-to-income ratio (max 36% debt)
• Negative rental history, including late payments and/or damage to property
