Looking for a new place to call home? Look no further and make Vizcaya your personal haven. Nestled in the Castle Hills area of San Antonio, Texas, Vizcaya is conveniently located to suite your everyday needs. Having been a resident at Vizcaya for nearly seven years, I must state that both the office an maintenance staff have always been extremely friendly and prompt in resolving any issues/work order requests. The community is peaceful and offers several amenities, such as two sparkling pools, a gym, and a resident clubhouse, to name a few. The community's landscaping is always kept well maintained, and thus provides a scenic atmosphere for all to enjoy.

Vizcaya is a wonderful place to live, we were sad to leave- our jobs took us to the opposite side of town, otherwise we would have stayed. We felt very much at home in these apartments and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Sophia, who was always kind and professional. Grateful for the time we spent living here, we will miss it!

I absolutely loved this place the only reason I left was because we just out grew the space. The staff in the office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on top of stuff. In the very end my only complaint was there wasn't enough space and in the last few months we had the worst group of neighbors downstairs. I lived here for 3-1/2 years and ultimately moved out because I needed a bigger place. For the most part its a pretty friendly community. I would highly recommend.

I have lived at Vizcaya for going on three years now, and can happily say the community just keeps getting better and better. I recently transferred to a larger one bedroom and absolutely love my new apartment. It's spacious, inviting, and a place I look forward to coming home to relax. The office staff is friendly, courteous and gracious. Kudos to Stephanie, Sophia and the latest addition, Natalie, who have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. And to the maintenance staff, especially Cliff and Chris, who are awesome! My maintenance requests have always been filled in a timely manner, usually within no more than an hour, depending on the request. The grounds and pool are always kept looking trimmed and appealing, and I have had friends who come to visit remark on what a nice, attractive complex I live in. The office staff is constantly looking for ways to improve the living experience via contest giveaways, community socials and extra perks for its residents, such as providing pastries, little personalized birthday and holiday gifts, and even breakfast tacos from time to time. Security here is pretty good. The entry gate is kept in working order and the staff seems to be doing its best to keep on top of any safety concerns. Noise is minimal. In my first apartment I did have some annoyances with an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. But since my transfer to my new apartment I have had no trouble. My new neighbors are quiet, cordial and kind. Plus, the complex is located (some within walking distance) to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Hardberger Park and the VIA bus line. Overall, I love living at Vizcaya and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Finally have a place to call home! Sophia took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. The staff is awesome, well the few I was lucky to meet but thanks to Sophia and Stephanie for making everything so easy. Best customer service Ive had in a long time. Planning on staying as long as possible, and will start recommending this apartment complex.

Love it here. So much parking. Dog friendly. Awesome parties. Lovely grounds and pools. Bug free! We used to live in an apartment complex from hell so Vizcaya is 1000X better compared to what apartment nightmares we've been through! It feels nice not to worry about problems of your home while you are at home! :)

I used to live here over 10 years ago when it was called Summer Oaks. At that time Michelle was the awesome manager Karey was the awesome assistant manager and Stephanie the current assistant manager now promoted to manager was a leasing agent. I return here because I love the apartment complex. Its always clean and it's been the same maintenance staff for over the last 18 years. Chris and Clifford are great they always speak to you and say hello when they see you. And are on top of all the maintenance issues. But Beware of the leasing staff Stephanie is has been promoted to manager of the property and Sophia the leasing agent I imagine has been promoted to assistant manager. Both are very unfriendly and have a fake attitude towards you. I've never felt more uncomfortable about a leasing staff out of anywhere that I've ever lived. I'm not saying that this place is something you should run away from but take into consideration how you're treated up front beware of those sweet smiling faces because that's just phony fake business. I understand that they're here to run a business but you should still take people into consideration after all they are calling this home.

I met with Michelle as a walk in to view the property. She was awesome and provided us with a great experience. She gave us a quote and estimate time specific floor plan would be available to show however when I emailed her the following day one of the other leasing consultants began contact with me. They told me the complete opposite that Michelle had so if looks like there's a bit of a communication issue between the leasing agents and property manager. They seem like a nice complex, and we were looking forward to living here however had to go elsewhere.

This is an amazing place to live! I'm 28, and this is the first time I've ever been on my own. The gated entry makes me feel safe. The neighbors are all friendly and courteous. No loud noises or any problem. The staff at the front office is incredible. I've lived here for a month now and I've never had a single bad experience. You will LOVE this place!
