I really would love to leave 5 stars because its a wonderful complex and the leasing staff is wonderful. However, receiving mail here is such a challenge. Time sensitive packages are lost regularly and Amazon deliveries are thrown into a chaotic pile. The Google address also is inaccurate. Otherwise living here is great. I just want my mail lol

We loved the feel of these apartments and the location is so convenient. The staff is so sweet and attentive to the needs and questions we had during our tour. The Zeller is definitely on the top of our list!

I just wanted to say that maintenance and management is great. My boyfriend was the one that had a "gun" this made me laugh at the review below. You can open-carry in your home, and he was just walking to his car. This is the good old USA. Sorry you are scared of the smell of freedom. Things happen, and ultimately management has done a great job. I'm excited to be added on to his lease, and move into this great property.

The building is in a convenient location for getting downtown or on to a highway, and generally quiet even with the nearby train station. Being such a large property, it is important to take into consideration that there are a lot of residents. With that being the case, you may find that your neighbors do not uphold your own standards of etiquette and courtesies. The office staff has always been incredibly responsive and helpful for any issues that have emerged in or outside my unit. They are genuinely using all of the resources available in order to have a positive impact on the community.

Im moving after two years in my one bedroom apartment, and I can honestly say this is the best place Ive ever lived. Things got tough during the pandemic and management went above & beyond to make sure everything was still running smoothly and that things were clean and safe for the residents. The staff in office has been nice & welcoming since day one. Co-residents are clean for the most part and create a comfortable environment to live in. Maintenance comes in a hurry when you need something fixed and they make sure they do the job right. To add they have beautiful rooftop views & an awesome pool & gym so the r&r is there when you need it. I would recommend anybody to move here because it made my experience in a new city (Salt Lake City) that much better. Thank you Zeller!
