I live there for only 6month it was awful the person over me every night around two or three o'clock in the morning would get up and stomping the floors she also would make the floor squeak.Then when they knew I was up they would stop.If I tried to get sleep during the day time same thing I complain they lied and said she was moving.They would not tell when she was moving so I moved. There was lots of creepy things going on there.It was as if they had camera in that apartment.I started out loving the apartment and ended up hating it there.yes there was roaches and baby spiders .One day I came home and a dead smashed frog close to my door.

This place was the worst place Ive ever lived in my life. AJ is not a very honest woman she actually is a big liar when comes to the property she manages. If you decide against better judgement to move here put everything in writing. AJ will put repairs into their system and they never get done. She collects rent and very quick to place eviction on your record reqardless of how open you communicate she will still try her very best to destroy your history to make you stay in their slumlord community. The owners are the worst!! They are Chinese and believe so much in this lying woman. This place will destroy you make you children sick because it roach infested in the cabinets and walls of this place and try to collect as much money as they can get. Being I was not from GA they took total advantage of me all the way to court. This is a warning: you will regret moving here because they dont take pride in anything not their jobs, the apartments or the tenants. If I knew better I would have went some where else DONT RENT HERE!! If you dont have a bad record youll have one dealing with this place. They scar you to keep you living there. Wish I had never ever moved here - A Real tenant Experience

This is the worst place to live. If you read reviews believe all the bad about this place. Maintance is horrible and very lazy. And roaches OMG this place is diseased with roaches. The water system is not clean and will cause you to become very ill. There is mold in the ceiling and walls. They lie to an extreme about what they say they fix.... Nothing at all!! They charge you for things they didnt fix during your move in. This is not a place for your children. The children here are mean and beg soon as you step out your door. The ppl are not very well educated and really involved in others business . I said this with all honesty you have been warned THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!

I've lived here for almost a yr now, and I may renew my lease. I haven't had any problems with my apt. I did notice however, some apartments, the appliances are upgraded, mine aren't. That's really the only con. I would prefer a more updated apt, but nevertheless the apartment is quiet at night and there is not alot of problems, I've encountered.. Aj &Kiya are so nice and friendly in the leasing office and are very helpful..

River ridge has the most lazy,sorry, SLOW MAINTENANCE EVER!!!!! THERE ARE TWO OLD MEN... AND ONE ALWAYS HAS A NASTY SNOTTY NOSE.. I just can't believe they let these people work for them.. They take for ever to fix something and they lie about what the problem really is. These or not good alts to move to y'all. Its very disappointing because I been here for 3 years and Until they got this horrible staff to take over my experience here was a lot better.. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

River of the ridge apartment don't move here for two long at least check it out for a 6month lease. My fiance was living here for 2years now and am here for 1year going on to 2years I don't like itz they take forever to fix broken items etc if ur dishwasher broke they will take foe ever. Obviously u have to keep remind them about fixing things. I wouldn't recommend no one to live here kids are loud. Maintenance guy are loud. And if you and others in your apartment are aguring your neighbors can hear cause these walls are thin. And it's moles in the bathroom. So be aware if anyone is planning to move here its be fly bugs in the breeze way at night.. plus roaches and the front door do have little cracks on the sides so yeah that how the bugs can get in. If you plan to move here don't be too friendly to everyone. And their are on bus line in front of this apartment it will be 8mins away from the apartment which you have to walk up their to the bus
