When I first moved into this complex I was impressed with the way the property manager Carol, handle things. maintenance was on point then things started to change the parking lot which had been really cared for trash being picked up that has stopped for the most part maintenance when entering your apt to do work would leave you information in the form of a flyer to let you know that work had been done and completed. how come I wish I'd an answer rent goes up every year no matter what the apartments are older and the walls are thin the bathroom looks like something out of a old hotel nothing to see here. the one bedroom is a decent size and the screen in porch is a plus if you don't live towards New Hope Rd the pluses are you're in the heart of everything walking distance for the most part but be aware you're also close to unsavory areas and I've heard gunshot from the neighboring area renters beware. now the apt are under new management.

WARNING NEVER EVER STAY WITH THIS COMPLEX . They are money hungry hogs and liars . Maintenance takes weeks to fix major problems. The front office staff aren't helpful with anything besides collecting rent money. Also expect your rent to go up each time you re-new your lease . There are way nicer and cleaner apartment options in Raleigh . I do not recommend this dump.

I have lived at The Groves Apartments for 15 years. In that time I have never had any problem or issue that was not dealt with promptly. I even had a couple of issues arise that I was not even aware of until they came and fixed them. Since moving in here, they have replaced my refrigerator, stove and dish washer. They also completely remodeled my kitchen a few years back. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is a nice place to live and convenient to most anything you need.

Not a good place to live in. The water has black "gunk" coming out of it.There is mold in random places including the pantry in the kitchen and in the bedroom. All they did was paint over the mold. There are maintenence issues that were started but never finished. When we left the apartment there were still holes in the ceilings from water dripping from the top floor and from when they were fixing the A/C. All in all this place is all about money. Find another place to stay.
