There is 24-hours security camera outside the house.
*3-4 walk to 7 express train/LIRR Woodside.
*25 - 30 mins to Times Square/Penn Station
Other Info:
*No smoking in the building
*No Pet
*Need clean sinks intime after use, and no cook at midnight between 12am to 5am
*There is sofa, cable, bookshelf and dining table in sitting room, I left there, and public area is shared by all the tenants. But need keep the public area clean after using it.
