Lease Terms: Minimum 12-month lease. No smoking. Tenant must comply with all HOA and city regulations.
Move-In Costs: Earnest deposit equal to the security deposit due upon approval. Total deposits will not exceed 1.5x monthly rent per Arizona law. $250 lease preparation fee and first month’s rent due prior to move-in.
Monthly Costs: $2,197 base rent + 3% admin fee ($65.91) = $2,262.91 / Month
